Director of Marketing

Under the direction of the SVP of Sales and Marketing, the Marketing Director is responsible for executing all marketing functions, including the development and execution of the social media strategy, marketing communications, and promotion/campaign management and tradeshow support.

Specific Responsibilities
- Lead social media marketing for direct to consumer and B2B (blogs, twitter, viral marketing)
- Develop marketing and promotion campaigns with specific goals, target demographics, value proposition and desired end results.
- Manage/develop creative (with in-house designer) for marketing and promotion campaigns
- Organize and execute global trade show participation (US, Europe and Asia)
- Monitor and report on marketing analytics (site traffic, ROI, etc.)
- Develop and maintain sales support material, including presentations, business case models, product slicks, and demos
- Day to day public relations contact
- Execution of marketing tactics worldwide
- Manage ongoing competitive analysis, identifying trends, threats and opportunities.
- Gather and analyze data from external sources to help quantify market opportunities
- Develop and maintain bottoms up usage projections
- Develop and maintain business case models
- Develop and maintain competitive intelligence
- Develop, execute, and synthesize marketing surveys
- Develop and maintain usage and adoption reports. Analyze usage and adoption data to drive end user adoption.
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years marketing experience, including demonstrated experience with social media, direct to consumer marketing, marketing communications, and campaign management
- Bachelor’s degree from a top tier institution. Advanced degree a plus.
- Financial services and/or software technology (IT for trading, wealth management) strongly preferred
- Ability to work effectively and enthusiastically in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent analytic and writing skills

- Generate new business software sales against quota

- Drive and manage sales cycles from lead generation to close
- Organize and conduct client meetings and presentations
- Establish and develop relationships with prospects, client and industry influencers at all business levels.
Qualifications
- 10+ years managing sales processes for trading related software solutions.
- Strong base of contacts among fund managers, wealth managers, and/or financial institutions
- Experience managing the entire sales process from developing the opportunity, organizing or delivering relevant workshops and demonstrations, to contract negotiation and closure.
- Ability to work effectively and enthusiastically in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
- Highly results oriented. Creative and proactive in terms of seeking and selling to prospects.
- Fluent in Chinese.
- Conversant in English.

Job duties:
- Ensure and maintain 100% data accuracy (both historical and data feed)
- Define, document, and execute the entire data management process
- Take full responsibility for the data process
- Identify and immediately raise potential data issues with Product Management, Technology team, and Data Analysts

Qualification:
- Master use of Computer
- University Degree

- Possess fundamental knowledge of mathematics and statistics
